Use this method:
Open .jar files with WinRar, then enter Meta-Inf folder you found inside the jar archive where you find a .mf file. Drag into your desktop, open with blocknotes and add those lines at the end:
Nokia-MIDlet-Original-Display-Size: xxx,xxx (original screen Ex.176,208)
Nokia-MIDlet-Target-Display-Size: yyy,yyy (your screen Ex.240,320)
Save and drag again into winRar window and overwrite.
